Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor critical infrastructure systems including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Perform regular floor walks and physical inspections of server racks, cooling units, and power distribution modules.
- Assist with 'Rack and Stack' duties, including the physical installation of servers, switches, and storage devices.
- Manage structured cabling tasks, ensuring all fiber and copper connections are neatly organized and properly labeled.
- Provide 'Remote Hands' support for clients, including power cycling equipment and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and maintenance tasks performed during the shift.
- Monitor site security and access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter sensitive areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and external engineers during scheduled maintenance or emergency repair visits.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and computer hardware components.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting equipment up to 20kg and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Prior experience in a data center or warehouse environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
