Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using advanced monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques
- Execute preventive maintenance procedures on critical infrastructure components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational standards
- Document procedures, changes, and incident reports for audit and continuous improvement
- Respond to alerts and incidents with minimal downtime resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN)
- Proficiency in server hardware maintenance and virtualization technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) preferred
