In this vital position, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance of our secure data center facilities.
We are specifically seeking Locals with a Nitec in IT qualification who are eager to work in a high-security environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the role and be willing to commit to a demanding 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the physical infrastructure of the data center environment.
- Perform routine checks on cooling systems, fire suppression, and power supply units.
- Handle ticketing and reporting of any hardware or environmental anomalies to the relevant teams.
- Assist in hardware installation, configuration, and decommissioning processes.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and access control procedures at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec in IT or an equivalent technical certification is required.
- Singaporean or PR candidates preferred (Locals).
- Ability to work in a 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night rotation).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networking concepts.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods in a controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
