Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage data center infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures for data center operations
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
- Document all activities, maintenance, and incident reports accurately
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data center management
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades and new deployments
- Maintain physical security of the data center facility and access controls
Kualifikasi
- Relevant certification in data center operations or IT infrastructure management
- Previous experience working in a data center environment preferred
- Strong understanding of networking principles and server technologies
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical and cooling systems in data centers
- Valid work permit for Singapore if applicable
