CBRE is the world's leading commercial real estate services firm, and we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Center Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Singapore. This is a 12-month contract position offering the opportunity to lead critical data center projects for a global client, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of data center projects, including greenfield builds, retrofits, and upgrades. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing budgets up to multi-million dollars, coordinating with design and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will be key to driving project success, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and mitigating risks proactively.
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling, security) and proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be familiar with project management software and methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.) and hold relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2) preferred.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all phases of data center projects, from initiation to closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure effective resource allocation and project execution.
- Monitor project performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between client, project team, and senior management to align expectations and deliverables.
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center projects.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and networking systems.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
