You will work onsite, providing expert support on behalf of Inspur, a leading server and storage solutions provider. Your responsibilities will include identifying technical issues, resolving tickets, and troubleshooting faulty devices to maintain optimal data center performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with team members to identify, document, and resolve technical issues in the data center environment
- Provide onsite support for Inspur server and storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot faulty devices and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Manage and prioritize technical tickets to ensure timely resolution according to service level agreements
- Assist in planning and executing data center infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and technical configurations
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and system upgrades
- Monitor data center operations and proactively identify potential issues before they impact service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Willingness to work onsite in Kulai, Johor
