Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols for data center operations to ensure the highest level of physical and information security.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of security professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with local data protection laws, international standards (such as ISO 27001), and Google's internal security policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance operations, and emergency response procedures to maintain a secure environment 24/7.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the design and construction of new infrastructure.
- Investigate security incidents, coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, and drive post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in data center security, facilities management, or risk management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and local data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex security concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to support 24/7 data center operations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively within a large-scale operational environment.
