You will oversee complex operational workflows, troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues, and implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-day-to-day operations and provide Tier 3 support to Equinix customers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues regarding cabling, power, and cooling systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular health checks and audits to maintain optimal facility performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to provide status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, customer support, or engineering.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution units (PDUs), UPS, and cooling systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by operational shifts.
