Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain power distribution systems including UPS, PDUs, and electrical switchgear
- Optimize HVAC systems to ensure precise temperature/humidity control and energy efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance and root cause analysis on critical infrastructure
- Document system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for equipment upgrades and capacity expansions
- Ensure compliance with TIA-942 and other data center standards
- Support emergency troubleshooting during critical outages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in data center power or HVAC systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CDCP, CTS, RCDD) preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and cooling principles
- Experience with BMS/DCIM monitoring systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
