Join CBRE's dynamic facilities team as a Data Center Shift Lead and play a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our state-of-the-art data centers. In this contract position, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians during your assigned shift, maintaining optimal facility performance, and implementing best practices in data center operations. As a Data Center Shift Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all operational activities during your shift, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. You will coordinate with other teams to address any issues promptly, maintain detailed documentation of all activities and incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center operations, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to protocols
- Monitor and maintain critical data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and security systems
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Prepare shift handover reports and maintain accurate documentation of all activities
- Train and mentor team members on standard operating procedures and technical skills
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or facilities management
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including power distribution, HVAC, and fire suppression systems
- Relevant certifications such as CDCP, RCDD, or CEE would be advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams
