- Lead and mentor shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 data center operations
- Monitor critical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, networking) and respond to alerts
- Implement CBRE's integrated solutions for facilities management and technology optimization
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Optimize energy efficiency and resource utilization across facility systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of data center operations experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent data center certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Tier III/IV data center infrastructure standards
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis capabilities
- Shift work flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
