Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for all data center infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, storage, and operating systems.
- Perform routine hardware installations, configurations, upgrades, and decommissioning tasks within the data center.
- Monitor data center systems and environmental conditions (power, cooling, humidity) to ensure optimal performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests promptly, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Execute preventive maintenance procedures to ensure system stability and longevity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all data center assets and configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Document all support activities, incident resolutions, and operational procedures thoroughly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data center operations, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco UCS), operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches) and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with data center monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a critical environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often in shifts or on-call rotations.
