We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Center Operations Technician to join our operations team in Raffles Place. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of daily facility operations, ensuring the highest standards of uptime and security for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for incident response, managing escalations and coordinating with third-party vendors for maintenance and repairs. Your expertise in facility monitoring and preventive maintenance will be vital in safeguarding our critical infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and facility monitoring of the data center environment.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related incidents and service tickets promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and asset status.
- Manage access control and security procedures for the data center facility.
- Ensure environmental controls (temperature, humidity, power) are optimized for IT equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or facility management.
- Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, and cooling systems.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire safety systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during incidents.
- Effective communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
