You will collaborate closely with infrastructure and server teams to perform complex maintenance tasks, ensuring that hardware and software systems function optimally. As the technical bridge, you will monitor environmental controls, manage power distribution, and execute preventative maintenance schedules. You will also assist in the deployment of new technologies and troubleshooting complex system anomalies. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine hardware inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair of servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Monitor environmental controls, including temperature, humidity, and power distribution units, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the deployment, installation, and configuration of new hardware and systems within the data center.
- Document all technical procedures, configurations, and incident reports accurately in the asset management system.
- Respond to and resolve critical infrastructure alerts and outages promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data center layout, airflow, and physical security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working in a data center environment or IT infrastructure support role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, including servers, storage arrays, and networking hardware.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools and physical security protocols.
- Ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
