As a Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing the facility's daily operations. You will be responsible for the physical maintenance of servers, cabling, cooling systems, and power units. Our team operates on a 12-hour shift schedule, ensuring that our data center is monitored and maintained around the clock. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspection of data center infrastructure, including racks, cabling, and cooling units.
- Monitor server health and storage systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Execute hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting for server components.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and clean room standards.
- Assist in cable management and network patching activities.
- Document all maintenance logs, incident reports, and inventory changes accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a Data Center or IT infrastructure environment.
- Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of server hardware, network cabling (CAT6/Fiber), and power distribution units.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a 12-hour shift pattern.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
