Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center IT infrastructure to ensure continuous availability.
- Monitor server racks, cooling systems, and power distribution units (PDUs) to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks, including cable management, cleaning, and hardware upgrades.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and decommissioning of servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment.
- Respond to and resolve hardware and software incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular audits and documentation of asset inventories and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant IT or Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree qualification.
- Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, cabling standards (Cat6/OM3), and network basics.
- Familiarity with 24x7 operations and on-call rotation requirements.
- Ability to work in a high-temperature, humidity-controlled data center environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
