Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage, networking equipment, and power systems
- Execute preventative maintenance procedures, hardware replacements, and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, network issues, and environmental alarms
- Implement security protocols and access controls to ensure physical infrastructure protection
- Document procedures, incidents, and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure expansion initiatives
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking principles, and storage systems
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
