Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on data center hardware and systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with technology teams to coordinate changes and improvements in the data center environment
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices in data center operations
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions for future reference
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data center efficiency and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure components
- Familiarity with server hardware, storage systems, and networking equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams
- Basic understanding of security protocols and best practices for data centers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or experience in data center operations (IC3 certification preferred)
