Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine physical maintenance and monitoring of data center hardware, including servers, racks, and cabling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-level connectivity and hardware failures to minimize downtime.
- Execute cable management protocols and maintain clean, organized server room environments.
- Monitor environmental sensors and power distribution units (PDU) to ensure optimal operating conditions.
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site teams for infrastructure upgrades and facility installations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance logs, incident reports, and asset tracking.
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and access control within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data center operations or server room maintenance.
- Strong understanding of server hardware, rack configurations, and network cabling (Cat6/Fiber).
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict safety and security procedures.
- Knowledge of power and cooling systems in a data center environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in documentation and basic IT troubleshooting tools.
- Flexible to work varied shifts or weekends as required by project demands.
