Join Anradus as our Data Centre Operations Director/ General Manager and lead the backbone of our digital infrastructure. In this critical leadership role, you'll orchestrate daily operations, proactively manage incidents, and maintain high-performance infrastructure while ensuring unwavering compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You'll drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, implementing industry best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape data centre strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and directly impact business continuity and scalability in a dynamic technology environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end data centre operations including infrastructure monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and capacity planning
- Lead incident management protocols, ensuring rapid response and resolution of technical issues
- Enforce rigorous safety compliance and regulatory adherence (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency across all data centre functions
- Drive strategic initiatives for infrastructure modernization and scalability
- Mentor and develop high-performing operations teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years' experience in data centre operations with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in facility management, power/cooling systems, and network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven track record in incident management and business continuity planning
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications (e.g., CDCP, CCIE, ITIL) highly desirable
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
