Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain data management policies and procedures across the organization
- Ensure data quality through regular validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes
- Manage and update data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation
- Monitor data access controls and implement security measures to protect sensitive information
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing systems
- Assist in data migration projects and system integrations while maintaining data integrity
- Prepare regular reports on data quality metrics, compliance status, and governance initiatives
- Stay updated with emerging data governance practices and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and best practices
- Proficiency in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines
- Experience with data modeling, data mapping, and metadata management tools
