Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting requirements
- Build and optimize data storage solutions including data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time processing systems
- Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integrity and reliability across all pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable solutions
- Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and minimal downtime
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and process workflows
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering to continuously improve infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a similar technical role
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and ETL/ELT processes
- Experience with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
