Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our centralized data warehouse.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to ensure high availability and data quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that provide actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators.
- Implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure security and compliance across all data workflows.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency for large-scale datasets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in data engineering and/or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake).
- Familiarity with modern BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and database architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
