Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate them into efficient technical specifications.
- Optimize database performance, query efficiency, and storage solutions for high-volume data sets.
- Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security of data assets.
- Architect and deploy data infrastructure solutions within cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff on best practices and modern data stack tools.
- Document data workflows and technical architecture to ensure knowledge sharing across the consultancy team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data engineering or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language like Python, Scala, or Java.
- Proven expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, Talend) and big data technologies.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and schema design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Consultancy experience is highly preferred but not required.
