- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Google BigQuery.
- Architect and manage cloud data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets efficiently.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BigQuery performance, implementing cost-optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Integrate BigQuery with other GCP services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow) and third-party tools.
- Document data architecture, models, and pipeline workflows for future reference and team alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role with a strong focus on Google BigQuery.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and solid scripting skills in Python or Java.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize query performance and reduce compute costs.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer) are a strong plus.
