Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load marketing data from various platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Develop and manage data warehouses and lakes, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Implement automated data quality checks to ensure integrity across all marketing reports and dashboards.
- Work with BI tools to visualize data insights for client-facing deliverables.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for large-scale marketing datasets.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices in the MarTech ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or Scala preferred).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehouse solutions (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
- Deep understanding of marketing data ecosystem (Google Analytics, CRM data, Social Media APIs).
- Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a client-facing environment and manage multiple project priorities.
