- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and performance oversight
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using ETL/ELT frameworks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of data engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, Talend), and big data technologies
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance tuning
- Proven track record in mentoring technical teams and driving project success
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to balance technical debt and innovation
