Tanggung Jawab
- Inputting and updating financial data into accounting software with high accuracy.
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems for all accounting documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Verifying invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for discrepancies.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the accounting department to streamline data management workflows.
- Performing regular data integrity audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or junior accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or MYOB).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
