CV Cahaya Putra is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Admin Specialist to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. We are looking for a proactive professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, specifically focusing on office supplies (ATK) and wholesale operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for daily transactions and inventory records.
- Manage and update the company's office supplies (ATK) stock and wholesale inventory levels.
- Assist in processing wholesale orders and managing customer inquiries regarding products.
- Prepare, organize, and file official documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of office equipment and stationery.
- Maintain a clean and organized filing system, both digital and physical.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Familiarity with inventory management or wholesale operations is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 words per minute).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian.
- Willingness to work full-time in Semarang.
