Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately inputting and updating customer and operational data into internal management systems.
  • Managing high volumes of data with a focus on 100% accuracy and consistency.
  • Providing professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining company service standards.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company data privacy and confidentiality policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, administration, or customer service roles.
  • High level of computer literacy, specifically with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent typing speed and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
