We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Inventory Specialist to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that our digital records perfectly mirror our physical stock. As our Data Entry Inventory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining supply chain integrity. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle of our inventory—from logging new arrivals to reconciling stock movements and verifying outgoing shipments. Your meticulous attention to detail will help us prevent discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and provide real-time data visibility to our management team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Input, update, and maintain accurate inventory records in the company database.
- Perform daily reconciliation of physical stock counts against system entries to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all data logs are updated in real-time.
- Prepare periodic inventory movement reports for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure precise documentation of stock adjustments and damaged goods.
- Implement data quality control measures to minimize human error in inventory documentation.
- Support month-end inventory auditing processes by providing clean and organized data sets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, inventory control, or warehouse administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Tangerang, Banten.
