Join AQLER's dynamic data team as a Data Governance Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming how we manage and leverage our most valuable asset: data. In this position, you'll establish robust governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across our organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data policies, implement stewardship practices, and drive continuous improvement in our data ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct data quality assessments and remediation initiatives
- Establish and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories
- Collaborate with IT and business units to define data ownership roles
- Monitor data compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, PDPA, etc.)
- Create and manage data lineage documentation and process flows
- Lead data stewardship programs and training initiatives
- Generate governance reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data governance or data management roles
- Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, PowerDesigner)
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for data
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Python, R)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (e.g., CDMP, DAMA-DMBOK) are advantageous
