- Design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks using Collibra DGDQ modules
- Develop automated data quality rules, workflows, and monitoring systems
- Establish data policies, standards, and metadata management practices
- Lead Collibra implementation projects from discovery to deployment
- Conduct data quality assessments and remediation initiatives
- Train stakeholders on data governance principles and Collibra usage
- Integrate Collibra with enterprise data lakes and BI platforms
- Document architecture blueprints and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years implementing enterprise data governance solutions
- Expert-level Collibra certification and hands-on DGDQ experience
- Proven track record with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
- Strong understanding of DAMA-DMBOK frameworks
- Experience with metadata management and data cataloging
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, PDPA)
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
