Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with data stewards and business units to define data quality metrics, thresholds, and remediation processes.
- Conduct regular data audits and assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate data governance council meetings and document decisions, actions, and roadmaps.
- Monitor and report on key data governance KPIs, providing insights to leadership.
- Support data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management initiatives using industry tools.
- Train and guide stakeholders on data governance best practices and policies.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with governance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or process analysis.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM).
- Familiarity with data quality tools, metadata repositories, and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment and with global teams is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are advantageous.
