Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily data entry operations to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring all records are current and well-organized.
- Generate regular data reports for management review to support informed decision-making.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or system errors.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless information integration across platforms.
- Implement data protection protocols to ensure the security and confidentiality of company information.
- Train staff on proper data entry procedures and documentation best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data management, database administration, or clerical data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying inconsistencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of database management software or ERP systems is a plus.
