Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy comprehensive DLP solutions across enterprise environments
- Monitor security systems to detect and mitigate data exfiltration attempts
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Develop incident response plans for data breach scenarios
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, PDPA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into business processes
- Train employees on data protection best practices
- Stay current with evolving cyber threats and countermeasures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DLP implementation
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency with DLP tools (Symantec, McAfee, Forcepoint)
- Strong knowledge of encryption and data masking techniques
- Experience with SIEM platforms and threat intelligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
