Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize digital databases and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in high-volume data entry, verification, and record-keeping for manufacturing processes.
- Support the procurement and inventory management teams by analyzing data trends and tracking stock levels.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing production metrics and operational performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with company data privacy policies and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Assist in the archiving of historical project data and maintaining a clean digital workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of database management concepts and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) are preferred for local interaction.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or transport sectors is an advantage.
