Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of company data across various systems
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and quality control measures
- Support data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Help implement and maintain data management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Generate reports and summaries based on analyzed data
- Assist in data migration projects when required
- Stay updated on best practices in data management and contribute process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, database systems)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to tasks
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
