Are you passionate about leveraging data for social impact? World Vision is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Data Management Associate to join our team in Kelana Jaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our data ecosystem, ensuring that information flows seamlessly to support our humanitarian efforts.
As a Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights, helping the organization make data-driven decisions that ultimately change lives. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow, comfortable working on ETL/ELT projects, and committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and security.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for various organizational projects.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all internal databases and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to minimize downtime and latency.
- Document data workflows, processes, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the migration and transformation of legacy data into modern cloud-based environments.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building ETL processes and working with data integration tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to translate technical data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for World Vision's mission and a desire to contribute to the non-profit sector.
