In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end data migration activities for major system transformations. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity, quality, and minimal downtime during migration projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute comprehensive data migration strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration of data from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and mapping to ensure high data quality.
- Manage risks and develop contingency plans for migration activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance standards and compliance requirements.
- Monitor migration progress and provide regular reporting to project sponsors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading data migration projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in ETL tools and data migration methodologies (e.g., DTS, SSIS, Talend).
- Solid understanding of database structures (SQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malay is a plus).
- Experience working within a global IT organization.
