Capco is seeking a Data Migration Senior Consultant to join our high-performing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless data transitions for our elite banking and capital market clients.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end migration strategies, overseeing high-stakes data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, and maintaining rigorous data integrity standards. You will work alongside industry leaders to navigate regulatory landscapes and implement robust reconciliation frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute comprehensive data migration strategies for large-scale financial system implementations.
- Lead data mapping, cleansing, and transformation activities to ensure high-quality data migration.
- Develop and manage automated reconciliation frameworks to verify data accuracy post-migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT units to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the design and implementation of ETL workflows within banking-specific environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues throughout the migration lifecycle, providing timely remediation.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead project workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data migration, ETL processes, or data warehousing, specifically within the Banking or Capital Markets sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of financial data structures, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with enterprise data migration tools and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a consultancy environment.
- Certification in Data Management or relevant financial technology credentials is a plus.
