Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain complex logical and physical data models to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient database schemas and data structures.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance to handle large datasets effectively.
- Utilize Python to automate data modeling tasks and facilitate seamless data integration pipelines.
- Work closely with the analytics team to create intuitive visualizations and dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Standardize data naming conventions and modeling patterns across various business units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data modeling, database design, or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory, with the ability to write complex joins, subqueries, and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard data modeling tools such as dbt, Erwin, or Lucidchart.
- Strong scripting skills in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Practical experience with business intelligence tools, specifically Looker Studio or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
