Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-quality conceptual, logical, and physical data models for diverse enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to translate complex business needs into data requirements.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, modeling best practices, and naming conventions.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify quality issues and opportunities for structural improvement.
- Support the design of scalable data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based analytical platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and data analysts on advanced modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Lead optimization efforts for database schemas to improve query performance and overall system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, or data architecture roles.
- Deep understanding of ER diagrams, normalization, denormalization, and star/snowflake schema designs.
- Expertise in industry-leading tools such as ER/Studio, Erwin Data Modeler, or similar enterprise software.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with NoSQL environments (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack components.
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
