As part of the Seed team, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineers and researchers to curate high-quality datasets, evaluate model outputs, and establish rigorous safety benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive data evaluation pipelines to assess the accuracy and safety of AI model outputs.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to identify data bottlenecks and optimize annotation workflows for multi-modal datasets.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis on model errors and safety incidents to provide actionable feedback for model retraining.
- Define and maintain data quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability across all AI-native product initiatives.
- Monitor data performance metrics and generate detailed reports to track progress against product roadmap milestones.
- Participate in cross-functional design sessions to translate complex AI research requirements into practical operational procedures.
- Stay abreast of global AI safety trends and regulatory standards to ensure our internal data practices remain world-class.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or a similar role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and understanding of data cleaning/labeling workflows.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical AI researchers and operational teams.
- Previous experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, or safety compliance is highly desirable.
