Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, data quality, or data governance
- Proven experience designing and implementing data workflows and quality frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in data operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving data initiatives
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
