Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures compliant with Philippine Data Privacy Act, GDPR, and HIPAA
- Conduct privacy impact assessments for new systems, processes, and data flows
- Manage data subject access requests and breach response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
- Monitor regulatory changes and update privacy frameworks accordingly
- Train employees on data privacy best practices and compliance requirements
- Oversee vendor management agreements to ensure third-party data protection
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or information security
- Certification in data privacy (CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of data protection regulations in healthcare sector
- Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and risk analyses
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with privacy management tools and technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
