Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure IntouchCX’s ongoing compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and other applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR principles where relevant).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and other relevant data protection authorities on all data privacy matters.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to all departments on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and the implementation of 'privacy by design' principles.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
- Oversee the handling of data subject rights requests, ensuring timely and compliant responses.
- Conduct regular data privacy audits and risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential privacy risks.
- Develop and deliver engaging data privacy training and awareness programs for all employees.
- Manage and coordinate the organization's response to data breaches and security incidents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a data privacy, compliance, or information security role, with at least 2 years specifically as a Data Privacy Officer.
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
- Familiarity with international data protection frameworks such such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/A, CIPP/E, CIPM, or other recognized DPO certifications are strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and technical information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex privacy concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
