Noodlerama Group Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Privacy Officer (IT Administrator) to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will act as the guardian of our corporate data, ensuring that all information systems, cloud infrastructure, and user databases adhere to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) and international standards like GDPR where applicable.
As an IT Administrator with a focus on Data Privacy, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and regulatory compliance. You will not only manage our network systems but also lead the charge in implementing robust security protocols, performing regular data audits, and training staff on cybersecurity best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure organizational compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and relevant local regulations.
- Monitor and maintain the security of company IT infrastructure, servers, and cloud databases.
- Conduct regular Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and vulnerability audits across all company systems.
- Develop, document, and implement internal IT security policies and privacy data handling procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, and the National Privacy Commission regarding data privacy inquiries.
- Manage incident response protocols in the event of a data breach or security anomaly.
- Lead employee training sessions regarding cybersecurity awareness and sensitive data handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or Data Privacy Officer, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Strong technical proficiency in network security, encryption, and data backup solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable IT tasks.
- Professional certification in Data Privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and sharp attention to detail.
