As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology team, you will collaborate with various departments to develop privacy policies, conduct risk assessments, and respond to data breaches. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data privacy policies and procedures
- Conduct regular privacy impact assessments for new systems and processes
- Monitor compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
- Train staff on privacy policies and data handling best practices
- Investigate and respond to data breaches and privacy incidents
- Act as the primary contact point for data protection inquiries
- Document privacy processes and maintain accurate records of activities
- Stay updated on evolving privacy laws and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations (PDPA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Certification in data privacy (CIPP, CIPM, or similar) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
