- Manage and oversee data processing workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Develop and document data processing standards and best practices
- Monitor data security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead data integration initiatives to support business intelligence and analytics
- Train and mentor team members on data processing techniques and tools
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processing efficiency and effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data processing, data management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
- Experience with data processing tools and technologies (SQL, ETL tools, data warehouses)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience working in the mining, natural resources, or energy industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
